TrueBright Electric — Website Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TrueBright Electric website at www.truebrightfl.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your information, and our SMS Terms & Conditions govern our text-messaging program. Both are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape or harvest content or data, or use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Services and Estimates

TrueBright Electric is a licensed and insured Florida electrical contractor (License EC13014479). Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any quotes, estimates, or pricing shared through the Site are preliminary and are not binding until confirmed in a written agreement. Scheduling and service availability are subject to confirmation.

Submissions You Provide

When you submit a quote request, service request, job application, newsletter signup, or other information through the Site, you agree that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. You are responsible for the content you submit.

Providing a phone number on a form allows us to contact you about your request by phone. It does not, by itself, enroll you in our text-messaging program. Enrollment in text messaging requires the separate, affirmative consent described below.

SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By checking the SMS consent box on a quote request or service request form and providing your mobile number, or by giving verbal or written consent to a TrueBright Electric representative, you agree to receive text messages from TrueBright Electric, including:

• Customer-care messages — appointment confirmations, scheduling changes, technician arrival windows, job status updates, permit and inspection notices, estimates, invoices, payment reminders, and replies to requests you send us.

Message frequency varies, approximately 1–4 messages per month. You may receive additional messages in direct response to a request you initiate or during an active job.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for text messages under the terms of your plan.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request service, receive a quote, and complete any job with TrueBright Electric without agreeing to receive text messages.

To opt out, reply STOP to any message at any time. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further text messages from TrueBright Electric unless you opt in again.

Your mobile information and opt-in consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

Email Communications

If you subscribe to our mailing list, you agree to receive periodic emails such as electrical tips, safety reminders, and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and images — are owned by or licensed to TrueBright Electric and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without our prior written permission.

Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and links do not imply endorsement.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is complete or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueBright Electric will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueBright Electric and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
